Quality Control Station

Our Quality Control Station is a combination UPU Bond Analyzer, DMR Thickness Gauge, and Panel Weight Scale for on-line monitoring of bond, thickness, raw density and weight.

The Bond Analyzer and Thickness Gauge are mounted on a common frame, minimizing space requirements, and all are integrated into a common PC for immediate access to statistical data.

By cross-referencing weight-to-thickness data, raw density per panel can be accurately and automatically determined from the Quality Control Station as well.

Rejects, waste, and raw material usage are reduced for increased profits and total quality assurance.
