The GreCon CC7000 control console is the core of a spark detection system. It displays, analyzes and stores all events. When
alarms or trouble messages occur, countermeasures can be automatically initiated.
Robust, dust-proof housings for industrial conditions.
Each console uses an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) and maintenance-free batteries. The UPS can be interconnected with other console cabinets for additional power source monitoring and supply.

Personnel can easily operate the system. The system provides user guidance through a full-graphic LC display.
A zone picture or operational procedure can be integrated into the system to assist personnel to take predefined actions for specific alarms. Multiple languages are pre-installed and can be changed at any time.
Sensor functions and the extinguishing valve circuits are automatically tested at regular intervals, substantially reducing manual checks.

A variable alarm concept allows for different responses to different event levels. The system can be set up to extinguish a single spark,
automatically divert the material flow, and/or shutdown machinery during abnormal spark activity.
Repeated spark detection within short time intervals can give insight into a faulty production process.
To be notified of this condition or to avoid long extinguishments, an additional alarm can be activated or the individual production process can be shutdown automatically.
The GreCon CC7000 Control Console
stores thousands of events, which can be shown in a full graphic LC display at any time. Each event is logged to the millisecond allowing personnel to identify a chain of events. All recorded events can
be transferred to a PC for detailed analysis and evaluation to identify potentially hazardous areas or malfunctioning processes and equipment.

The CC7000 is flexible enough to be employed in
hundreds of applications through the organization of sensor groups, extinguishment groups and alarm relays. One sensor can trigger one extinguishment and alarm relays; a group of sensors can trigger one extinguishment and alarm relays; a group of sensors can trigger a group of extinguishments and alarm relays. Alarm relays can be set up to trigger abort gates, activate additional horns and lights, or activate equipment shutdown. The alarm relays can also be connected to a PLC to trigger other actions.

GreCon Spark Detection Systems can be configured with over 100 user-defined zones.
The system can start out small to fit your current needs. With the use of modular construction and extendable cabinets, your system can grow as your needs grow. You can add one zone, ten zones, or any combination as your facility demands.
With the remote operation panel, all events can be displayed in the facility control room or other location. The remote operation panel instantly provides control room personnel with alarm information
allowing them to take action quickly, notify equipment operators and maintenance personnel, or take other appropriate action.
